1 General Provisions
fx999 is an online betting and casino platform providing entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. All games, sports betting features, promotions, and other services available on this platform are governed by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions may be published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bengali version will take precedence. fx999 reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
2 Account Registration
To use fx999 services, you must first create a personal account. Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.

- Valid email address
- Date of birth (for age verification)

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in account suspension and all deposited funds may be forfeited. If any information changes, the support team must be notified immediately.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the fx999 support team immediately. Full responsibility for account security rests with the user.
3 Eligibility and Age Limit
To use fx999 services, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
- You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
- You must confirm that you are betting with your own funds.
- You have not self-excluded from betting due to any addiction or mental incapacity.
- You are not located in any region listed on fx999's published restricted areas list.
fx999 may at any time request a copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence for age verification. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
Funds can be deposited into fx999 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account.
Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that your account identity verification is complete. Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal. fx999 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for additional review in cases of unusual activity.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
fx999 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10x (you must wager 10 times the bonus amount).
Bonus Terms
- Withdrawals cannot be made until the specific wagering requirement for each bonus has been met.
- Not all game types can be played with bonus funds — the list of eligible games can be viewed after logging in.
- Multiple accounts or multiple members from the same household cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
- Bonuses are only valid within the specified time period.
- fx999 reserves the right to amend or cancel any bonus.
VIP Program
The fx999 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members move up tiers based on increasing activity. Weekly cashback: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to fx999's own discretion.
6 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to betting on the fx999 platform:
- All bets are accepted only when the account has sufficient balance.
- A bet once placed cannot be cancelled or changed for any reason, unless fx999 itself decides to void that bet.
- fx999 reserves the right to correct any odds or potential winnings displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
- If any dispute arises over the outcome of an event, fx999's decision will be considered final.
- For sports betting, separate rules may apply to specific events and must be reviewed before placing a bet.
For casino games, each game has its own rules which can be found in the game interface. The rules of the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) also apply.
7 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on fx999 and are subject to penalty:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Abusing the bonus system or attempting bonus arbitrage.
- Attempting to harm the platform through fraud, hacking, phishing, or any other unlawful method.
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Abusive behaviour or harassment towards other members or fx999 staff.
- Participating in or assisting with match fixing or manipulation.
- Making transactions using third-party payment methods.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
fx999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions.
- If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
- If suspicious financial activity is detected.
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
- On the instruction of a regulatory authority.
Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability
fx999 accepts no liability in the following cases:
- Bets lost or placed late due to internet connection issues.
- Any loss caused by a fault in the user's device or software.
- Loss caused by technical issues with a third-party game provider.
- Service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, and similar events.
